SUMMARY: The Mixed Media Specialist is responsible for developing, producing, editing, and implementing quality photography and video content. This position is accountable for producing content for multiple digital channels, including social media and other digital platforms. This position works collaboratively with the marketing team to develop photography, video and other digital content that reflects the strategic priorities and brand voice of the company. The Mixed Media Specialist is responsible for performing the functions of an editor, including the ability to create graphics.


  • Produce compelling video, audio, scripts, motion graphics, and post-production editing that deliver engaging content that meets marketing expectation and goals
  • Produce and edit high-end photography that reinforces brand look and messaging. Manage photography and videography support for internal and external events
  • Creates project schedules, selects locations, and enlists talent when needed
  • Oversees project lighting and sound to ensure quality content
  • Maintain brand identity for all produced photography and video content
  • Monitor and recommend content based on consumer trends and look for opportunities to elevate content
  • Maintains responsibility for organization, management, and maintenance of company assets
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide support
  • Prepare and arrange units for photo and video shoots
  • Manage and organize photography and video library
  • Works closely with Marketing team to maintain and plan content calendar
  • Arranges for repair and services of supplies and equipment
  • Supports the development and execution of marketing plans
  • May be required to drive/accompany company equipment to trade shows, open houses, etc.
  • Assist with all company events, internal and external, as part of the primary planning team
  • Ability to work with sensitive, proprietary, and confidential information and events
  • Performs general administrative duties including but not limited to correspondence, filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing
  • May be required to drive/accompany company equipment to trade shows, open houses, etc.
  • May be required to work offsite
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management


  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in related field or equivalent, preferred.
  • Two to four years related experience
  • Strong on-line and traditional media planning skills.
  • Strong copyrighting experience and knowledge
  • Proficient in photography and editing, video skills.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards

  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Basic competence in subordinates' duties and tasks
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Knowledge on encoding formats, embedding, export settings, aspect ratios, fram rates, bitrates, etc.
  • Proficient on: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Word, Excel, Adobe in design, Illustrator, Agora Pulse or similar
  • Proven knowledge of camera, lenses, adapters, mounts and rigs
  • Proficiency in pro audio recording and editing
  • Proficiency in use of lighting
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
