SUMMARY: The Digital Media Coordinator will develop and execute the brand vision on all digital media platforms. This role will be responsible for tracking trends, producing original content and working closely with other Marketing counterparts on other tasks associated with digital media.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement social strategy and campaigns aligned with brand vision
  • Coordinate the creation of digital media projects and content
  • Develops and maintains media advertising budget; prepares reports as needed
  • Maintain company web presence to boost brand awareness and brand vision
  • Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media that is aligned with the brand
  • Researches, evaluates, and analyses appropriate media vehicles; prepares reports and recommendations based on analysis
  • Prepares and presents media plans to Marketing Manager and communicates approved plans
  • Manage and ensure up-to-date content on company websites
  • Works with Mixed Media Specialist to ensure current content on digital assets
  • Maintain relationships with media representatives and internet marketing companies
  • Assists Dealer Network with educating, advertising, and promoting their dealership social media pages
  • Continually audits dealership websites for brand content
  • Interact with customers on behalf of the company through social media
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of trends, innovations, and opportunities to improve and/or adjust media buying
  • Supports the development and execution of marketing plans
  • Monitors and evaluates media advertising results; prepares reports and recommends changes
  • Monitor and report on company SEO and web analytics for all brands
  • Assist with all company events, internal and external, as part of the primary planning team
  • Ability to work with sensitive, proprietary, and confidential information and events
  • Performs general administrative duties including but not limited to correspondence, filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing
  • May be required to drive/accompany company equipment to trade shows, open houses, etc.
  • May be required to work offsite
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in related field or equivalent, preferred
  • Two to four years related experience
  • Strong on-line and traditional media planning skills
  • Strong copyrighting experience and knowledge
  • Proficient in photography and editing, video skills
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Basic competence in subordinates' duties and tasks
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Proficient on: Publishing tools, Google Analytics, SEO Skills, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Word, Excel, adobe in design, Illustrator, Agora Pulse or similar
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
