SUMMARY: The Marketing Associate is the direct link from the manufacturer to the Dealer Network. They build and maintain dealer relationships, as well as help provide them with the support they need to be successful. They implement and monitor strategies to strengthen the company's marketing presence.


  • Lead the Spartan Army initiative; an initiative for our dealers to help their community by mowing yards
  • Recruit dealers to join the Spartan Army
  • Work to connect needs submitted with volunteer providers
  • Create and maintain Intimidator Group University training program for the following brands: Spartan Mowers, Intimidator UTV, and eNVy Neighborhood Vehicle
  • Work with staff videographer to create training videos for Intimidator Group University
  • Maintain Spartan Army website
  • Maintain Intimidator Group University website
  • Manage the rewards program for submissions
  • Provide exceptional service to the dealer network
  • Manage the co-op submission process
  • Pre-approve, approve, or deny co-op submissions and approve payment when necessary
  • Manage user logins for dealer zone
  • Supports the development and execution of marketing plans
  • Ability to work with sensitive, proprietary, and confidential information and events
  • Performs general administrative duties including but not limited to correspondence, filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing
  • May be required to drive/accompany company equipment to trade shows, open houses, etc.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management


  • Experience in Customer Relations and/or Marketing is a plus
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer skills required: Solid computer skills, including MS Office
